Permit Fees:  Sewer Connections, $45.00; Plumbing Permits, $20.00. Checks made payable to the Board of Health.

Inspection Fees: $45.00 paid to Mr. Ciancio at time of inspection. Failure to pay at the time of inspection may result in a rejection of inspection and/or may delay an issuance of your next plumbing permit. 


INSPECTIONS: By Appointment Only a Minimum of 48 Hours After the Permit is Issued. Exept In An Emergency Situation As Determined By the Plumbing Inspector. 

How to Contact Mr. Ciancio: Mr. Ciancio may be reached in person between 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. at 508-693-2495.  After 8:30 a.m. you may leave a message and Mr. Ciancio will get back to you A.S.A.P.  If your situation is an emergency you may call 508-696-4290 Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Ms. Stevens will be able to contact Mr. Ciancio on your behalf.  Calls to Mr. Ciancio will be returned and taken until 6:00pm Monday thru Friday.  After 6:00pm Mr. Ciancio will return your call on the next business day.

General Information:  Mr. Ciancio requires all work on gas water heaters requires a valid plumbing permit.

Sewer Connections: Mr. Ciancio requires that he be present for the all connections. NO  EXCEPTIONS!
